It wasn’t until recently the MMA world caught wind of a unique nipple-twisting ritual practiced by the fighters in Greg Jackson’s camp. As shown in the video above, trend setter and UFC Welterweight Champ Georges St Pierre was the first to prep for a fight with a lick of his fingers and tweak of the nipples.

After claiming the welterweight crown and cementing a spot as one of the top pound-for-pound fighters in the world the strange ritual began to spread throughout the Jackson camp to other stars such as Rashad Evans, Keith Jardine, and Leonard Garcia. GSP has also admitted that he performs breathing techniques and energy exercises taught to him by a witch doctor and that his greatest fear is being abducted by aliens… I can’t believe this guy can kick my ass.
