This weekend the highly anticipated rematch between Brazilians Lyoto “Dragon” Machida and Mauricio “Shogun” Rua will take place in Montreal for the UFC Light heavyweight championship of the world. Both camps have put in the work the last few months, hitting pads, sparring, weight training and… drinking their own pee? Fanhouse’s Ariel Helwani – the best interviewer in MMA – caught up with Lyoto’s father, Yoshizo Machida, who was kind enough to step into the corner of the room, pee in a cup, and then chug the whole thing down for the world to see.
