(DeMar could have won the NBA Dunk Contest while he was in high school)
You may remember DeMar DeRozan from NBA All-Star Weekend. He was the goofy-looking rookie who dunked himself into the Dunk Contest, and, quite frankly, he was the best dunker in the contest even though he didn’t win. Check out his nasty, in-game, alley-oop, off-the-backboard dunk… kind of reminds me of me during rec league games.
I wasted 30 minutes of my life tonight watching the NBA dunk contest. Nate Robinson won his third straight dunk contest and I don’t even remember who the other dunkers were. I can’t imagine how pissed the fans there were.
Clyde Drexler, Spud Webb, Dominique Wilkins and Michael Jordan were NBA superstars in the 1980′s and 90′s. Their contemporaries today are Kobe Bryant, Dwayne Wade, Carmello Anthony and LeBron James.
