NFL News and Notes

Author: Stretch

(Congratulations Denver… you have a new quarterback!)

There have been some really big moves during free-agency this off-season. Without going into too much detail and providing you with meaningless insight, I thought it would be best to provide a bullet-point, highlight of the biggest moves in the NFL so far this off-season.

You let us know what you think of these moves and which teams got the better of each deal. The only trade that I will comment on is Brady Quinn going to Denver… I just feel really bad for Broncos fans and I’ll leave it at that!

- Ravens traded for and signed Anquan Boldin
- Brandon Marshall visited Seattle, Cincinnati also interested
- Cincinnati signed Antonio Bryant
- LaDainian Tomlinson released by San Diego, signs 2-year deal with NY Jets
- Jake Delhomme released by Carolina, inks 2-year deal with Cleveland
- Brady Quinn traded to Denver for Peyton Hillis
- Cleveland released Derek Anderson
- Julius Peppers signs $91.5 million contract with Chicago
- Thomas Jones released by NY Jets then Kansas City picked him up
