Houston Rockets forward, Chuck Hayes, is currently averaging 4.9 points per game. He would probably average 14.9 points per game if he could shoot a free-throw. I would imagine Chuck has had many sleepless nights just thinking about hearing a ref say, “44 is shooting one-and-one.” Because of Chuck’s inability to shoot from the line we’ve added him as Honorable Mention to NBA Commissioner David Stern’s Unfit to Play list.
