I’m not sure what the definition of an electrical closet is, but this sure looks like one to me. I think the Texas Tech case is now officially an open and shut case. Adam James is a pussy and Mike Leach is stubborn as a mule. Leach did put James in an electrical closet, which is a fire-able offense, but James is a pretentious prick who needed disciplined.
In the end, nobody was right, and Leach should have either disciplined James in a different manner (how about “you’re not traveling to the Alamo Bowl with us”) or just apologized and signed the damn affidavit like his Chancellor asked him to do. Oh well.
